International Advising (for Current Students ONLY)
Whether you're looking for help with a personal or academic issues, study permit & visa applications, Douglas International offers a variety of services to help you succeed.
Email advising is the preferred method of communication for our team as we are able to process high volumes that do not require immediate action. Please email us with your name, email, student ID, and program and specific questions and we will try to reply within 2-3 business days. ​​​​​​
Online drop-in advising is available for all students but specially designed for time sensitive situations. We offer online sessions as needed for 15-20 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis. You can register up to 10 minutes prior to each drop-in period.

International Advising:
General course planning inquiries, program selection, academic support, Douglas assessments.
Enrollment status, working eligibility, study permit, temporary resident visa, electronic travel authorization, post-graduation work permit, and any other inquiries related to immigration.
General / Other Inquiries:
Topics such as student life, letter requests, travel support, account access, studying online, orientation, tutoring, learning centre, college resources, medical insurance, financial inquiries, and student success.

Step 2: Wait in the waiting room and fill out the drop-in form while you wait
Step 3: A Coordinator will meet with you to discuss your needs and connect you with an Advisor.
